I love the quality of the product. I like that it's rust resistant and hardware is included. I didn't like that my son had to add wood to my existing steps to make the handrail level.

Great had rail and much heavier duty than I expected for the price. Only issue is the covers for the mounting base do not fit properly.

Very nice. But I have notice the finish fades In less then a year becoming dull and chalky The covers for the flanges are very cheap and don't support kicking in any way.

Found the Vevor 2 step handrail when searching for a solution to a dangerous walkway at my aging in-laws house. The last 2 steps to the street have always been used unsupported by anything, and can be a real hazard in winter. I was impressed at the durability, and even more amazed at the adaptability. Due to the adjustable design it works with any step height. Great product for a great price.

Worked well inside our carport and was easy to install. The color and craftsmanship of the product is well made.

Very sturdy and stable and look great. The uprights are not all parallel when adjusting for various size steps. Baked on enamel finish but mine had some hair line cracks and chips in finish that are now rusted some touch up paint included in hardware kit would be a nice addition to this product

Kit of parts was complete. Paint Powder coating very good. Installation straightforward. Excellent value for money.

Instructions could be better but the handrail is very sturdy and attached well to the concrete. Base caps were difficult to get in place.

Arrived quickly and feel like the price was right. Instructions were vague and the anchors were not appropriate for my specific case. It was implied that the remaining hardware required washers were not included. When I inquired with Vevor for the missing washers it took several days for a replay and they sent out 2+ requests for me to wait patiently. When they finally replied they asked for information off the box which I had to dig out of the recycle container. When I did not reply within 24 hours they closed the inquiry as "resolved" with no action on their part. I purchased the washers and anchors on my own and installed the railing. I think the results were satisfactory and I might use Vevor again but it would be with more caution since I received little support.

The product was exactly what we needed, saved money and very durable. The concrete was the most difficult part of our project. My Dad is 160# and supports him well for one step.
