Came well packed, delivered to Wisconsin in 5 days from order. Installed on cemented block garden stairs with supplied anchors. Went well, had to lengthen slot on one post so the lower arch would allow the posts to stand upright. Installed on wider (shallower) side of curved 6 step stairs, would not work on steeper side, so these are limited on how steep of stairs they will fit. Sturdy, secure, and attractive. An inexpensive 3/8 hammer drill bit in the battery hammer drill with a bit of extra up and down worked fine for the 10mm expansion sleeve bolts supplied. This was the longest rail offered in this style, for my 6 steps a longer size would have been better but that's on me.

Timely shipment and fulfillment. Packaged well for delivery. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase, and time will tell as to how the hand rail holds up. Everyone using the 4-foot hand rail is enjoying the result. Anchors provided with the unit were not sufficient in my opinion for the weight of the handrail and for my application. I felt it important to purchase larger and longer anchors for placement in concrete for additional strength. I purchased 3/8 x 3in concrete anchors, which were a major step up from the anchors provided., adding $15 to the all-in cost. I would have also preferred higher quality plate covers for the plates used to cover the bolts. Your tool box requires a rotary SDS hammer drill to drill the necessary holes when mounting in concrete.

Sturdy handrail that was easy to install and durable materials. I bought my own anchors after reading other reviews. No issues installed in less than 30 minutes.

Love this handrail. I bought two for. my semi unground pool deck. One handrail on either side of the pool deck, and it looks great.

Looks great and was easy to install with the right bit for cement. The bolts / lags that came with it are good quality. The only thing I would change is the post bases. They are smaller set than a 4x4 post so the small spread of about 2" apart of drilling the cement to secure the post to the cement has me concerned of breaking out the cement. Base covers are easy to snap together and cover the base nicely. I like the open space below the rail for easier shoveling in the winter and sloping style for ice to melt off. Beside everyone likes curves

I only gave this 3 stars for easy to install because the screws that came with it were not painted black to match the railing. We had to go to the store to get some black Rustoleum so that it would have a more finished look.Although we think it is very attractive & have received compliments on it, we gave it a 3 for style, because the curved handle retains water when it rains. This is a design flaw. It should have either been slanted enough to allow rain runoff or drilled a small hole for drainage.Also, ours came with a dent in one post. The paint was not compromised, so we think this post may have been dented prior to factory painting. Our dent it up high so not noticed.Having said all that--we like it, we think it looks good, and are glad to have it.

installed properly it's very strong. The metal is thick. This is the 2nd one I bought. I used one of them for a jacuzzi steps and had to use different screws. Easy to install and doesnt wobble.

Product arrived intact and in a timely manner. The kit included required screws, concrete anchors, and instructions. It appears to be sturdy, and attractive.
