Need some skill to install, it calls for a 10mm bit, a 3/8" works fine

I love the way these look and they are very sturdy. We bought one to make sure it wasn’t going to wobble and it doesn’t so we ordered a second. Hubby had no trouble installing them.

Overall these hand rails are perfect and very affordable. We like the look of them and they provide the needed security for going up and down the stairs. The issue that gave my husband and my brother the most trouble was that the 10 mm concrete bolts need too be an American sized bolt. They got it figured out and we are happy.

You definitely need the proper tools and drill bits to install this thing. If you think what you have will probably be good enough, you're probably wrong. Even so, we managed to get it in and seems quite sturdy, although I'd be uneasy giving it the "gorilla test". The one page of instructions give Ikea a run for their money for vagueness. My favorite part is "Pillar A should be ATTACKED under End B."

This product actually surprised me the quality is amazing the metal is strudy. The rail has a gentle curve in it which gives you a more secure hold. The overall style is great. Will be buying another in the future for the other stairs on my porch.
