Anchor package shortage.
Anchor package was short one anchor. Had to go to Lowes and purchase. Could not purchase one, had to purchase whole package for $10.52!

Very sturdy and stylish
Great product. If your steps are concrete the only downside is that you have to use an impact drill and a bit for concrete. I borrowed an impact drill which made the installation easy. Go for it!

Easy to assemble. Hardest part was drilling holes into concrete for bolts. Does have wood screws for,connecting to wood floors.

Comes with wrong screws
Works well but we had to have someone install it for us. And it came with the wrong screws and attachments with poor instructions so if you don’t know what you’re doing like us and want to do it yourself, this is NOT the company to choose from. Good quality when up though
