Shipping was fast. Packaging could use improvement, but everything arrived intact and complete. Install was a breeze. Customer lives in an upscale neighborhood and is very happy with how it looks. Timothy Dailey.

This is a nice design and looks good. If you are installing in concrete steps, consider getting your own installation bolts. The ones that came with it did not attach the handrail in a sturdy manner. We got longer ones from the local hardware store & they worked great.

The railing looks great. The installation instructions were barely readable and were in general, pictures.

I bought this rail for my mother after she had two surgeries on her back, she needed some extra support getting up and down the stairs. When the rail arrived it was very easy to install. And I must say that every since I installed the hand rail my mother has been as happy as she could be. She even told my and i quote" Kenyota I love you for buying me this rail" and ofcourse i love her too that's why i would buy her another one if she needed it. Nice railing and easy to install. Instructions could be better. There are washers on the concrete screws that I missed for using on the wood screws. The railing is secure enough without them but doesn’t hurt to use them. Overall good product for wood steps.

The handle scratches easily, and the clamps on the bottom are not sturdy. It does work well

I like the adjustability of this system. I am likely to buy another one for the other side. Put it together myself. Now I know I don’t have to worry about my elderly neighbors being a safely get up the stairs to my front door.

Heavy, well made. Good paint job.Not hard to install, drill a few holes in concrete, insert and tighten a few bolts.The instructions, or lack of, is only an illustration.The instructions say to use a 10mm cement drill, I couldn't find any 10mm at Home Depot or Lowes.Someone put a video on Youtube and he used a 3/8 drill bit. That makes the hole a little to small, but if you work with it, it can be enlarged.It's very sturdy and suits our purposes.The posts were level, even though the photo is distorted. We like the curved hand rail.I think it was good value.

Easy to setup and use. Nice looking after install. Instructions are minimal with typos but gets the job done.
