Product arrived intact and in a timely manner. The kit included required screws, concrete anchors, and instructions. It appears to be sturdy, and attractive.

Easy install, nice quality

Love this handrail. I bought two for. my semi unground pool deck. One handrail on either side of the pool deck, and it looks great.

I was very pleased with this railing. The instructions are just a single piece of paper but if you are at all handy, you can easily figure it out. Everything was included but the drill and drill bit required for mounting. I have concrete steps so I have to use a concrete drill bit but it also comes with lag bolts for wooden steps. It took about 30 minutes including drilling 8 holes in the concrete so it was nothing to assemble. Seems very sturdy and had a nice clean modern look.

Sturdy railing. Hardware could be better, but overall a good product.

Just as adveryized

I was pleased with heft of the railing and it looks great installed. UNFORTUNATELY, they put the mounting holes too close to the risers and you cannot use a socket wrench to tighten the bolts attaching the railing to the concrete. Obviously the railing designer never installed one himself or he'd have made the base 1/2" bigger and moved the holes outwards.

I am quite please with the railing. The instructions should say to assemble the unit completely before drilling the holes.

I anchored the handrail into concrete steps and it's amazing. My handicap mother can easily use it and it's extremely sturdy. It looks beautiful and I think it's the best thing I have ever purchased from Amazon
