Anvil review
This anvil was everything I hoped it would be. Looking forward to using it for future projects. DN

Buy it!
Great size, has a little more ring than is preferable, but overall works well for small projects and medium sized knives.

Big hunk o' steel
It wants me to rate 3 things... thickness, value for money, and sheerness. As far as thickness goes, DAMN BOI. Value for money? You bet your thicc ass. Sheerness, well, if I dropped it on my bare foot it'd probably sheer off my toes, so 10/10

Great
It does rust out in the weather a little bit.

Great starter anvil
I bought this after seeing the prices of original anvils. This one is cast steel which is a step up from my cast iron one. The hardee hole is not 25 mm as advertised so not sure if I am going to open it up or leave it as is yet. The horn is a bit of larger diameter also but I can work with it. Overall good solid anvil and much cheaper alternative than and original forged one.

Great for the price. Not stellar, but great for the price.
My main point is I love it for the price. I got the 132 lb-er for $285 delivered, but it'd be great for $340. The finish isn't great. The horn required a lot of grinding and flap disc to get smooth. The face is much better (milled smooth) but still has a few pits. I'm a hobbiest & don't make knives so no worries. There's no step. The pritchel hole is in a weird spot and is huge 1-1/8". It's on the horn w about 1/16 cutting into the face. I'll drill another smaller on by the hardie hole. Hardie hole is pretty square and 1-1/8". Face seems a bit soft but I haven't actually tested it. Still, I love it. 2 final notes. 1) The box it comes in is only so it can stack & pallet lift. The anvil will arrive with the flimsy box busted and the anvil sticking out ... But who cares? 2) Get the biggest one you can afford unless you're using it for jewelry. Once it's out if the box and off the ground, carrying an anvil isn't much harder than carrying a person of the same weight. In short, you'll be able to move Vevor's bigger ones

Great for the price
Awesome for the price! Please note, you arent paying for a high quality anvil, Like...at all.. BUT it is very good for the price and gets the job done. Has a good ring to it and decent recoil. Not the best, but good. The BLUE color is butt ugly, so i ground that down and oiled it. It is also mold formed steel. So there is ALOT of flaws like gouges in the metal. Nothing a welder and some grinding couldnt fix. There was noticeable welds that were pre done from factory. I just added to it to smooth out. Top surface was smooth. Just rounded the edges and cleaned up he hardy hole. Alot of burrs and rough edges. Over all would buy another if i needed it!
