Don't waste your money on this rubbish. The only thing worse than a chiller that won't turn off the alarm, is the support! The unit is obviously faulty, but I could not get support to help. They ended giving me a $65 rebate, and I have to live with the noise of the alarm running constantly. I just wanted a replacement unit, but that was too much trouble. I have bought a number of other products from Vevor, and all were excellent, but this one is way below expactations.

When I first got it, the water cooling block inside the machine had moved, causing the water hose to be kinked, stopping the water from flowing. I fixed that and after about a week of use, I noticed it wasn't cooling the water, so I looked inside again and noticed that the radiator was haphazardly cable tied to the fans and one of the cable ties had melted through causing the radiator to come away from the fans.

Fast shipping, however sloppy work, lid on tank not sealed correctly, and the warning alarm is always on no matter what I do, water flowing as it should but warning busser will not shut off when machine is turned on, instructions leave something to be desired, lacking in info, just a few things from keeping it from being an awesome machine.

I had to get a replacement due to poor packaging. This isn't a shipping issue; the manufacturer uses a thin box and weak foam with little other protection, and both units had damage to the box as a result. Luckily, my second unit didn't have any damage like the first one.

Works great with my laser engraver.

I live in Texas and run my laser machine in my garage, this water chiller can keep my machine cool enough to work a full day with no issues.

Been running this chiller with my 60w laser for a couple months now. Been working great, no leaks, no issues.

This unit is able to keep my laser water at 75 degrees despite the room temperature of 90 degrees. I was pleasantly surprised that it only takes 5 minutes to chill the water down to operating temperatures. If this unit keeps up this good service for a few years, I’d buy another one.

Works as advertised, has had no problem keeping up with my laser 80w needs, high power and long run times. Includes remote alarm trigger wiring, was easy to wire in my laser. Digital thermostat offers very useful functions and easy to program and make edits. Paint and finish is nice. Unit operational & fan volume is quiet low level. Side filters are very convient.
