I received this and it does not work. I have a hard time contacting your company, and the video I have of it is too big to upload, keeps timing out. There is also no phone number to call.

It fit the old engine crane. It works right out of the box. Very good value for the money. Strong built.

Installed jack on my engine lift came out the next day and there is fluid around the base of the engine lift and not sure where it is coming from

Won’t stay up. Leave it up and you’ll find it all the way down the next day. My harbor freight version did better than this one. Also the paint was horrible on it, looked like they dropped it on the ground while the paint was still wet.

Ram is very well built and good quality. Seems to be a far better ram than originally came with the engine crane.
