Super helpful for anything heavy...
It has some heavy duty wheels, but I would not move it loaded. For stationary vertical lifts, it’s fine. I did not notice any issues lowering too fast, just applied gentle progressive pressure on the pedal for a controlled descent. For lifting a dirt bike, I think it would be more than adequate.
