Can't really go wrong, however one hole in the base was slightly misaligned so I did have to ream it out slightly. I guess that's par for the course these days with sloppy manufacturing. But all in, hard to beat for the price. Very robust and sturdy and make out hot tub entry much safer. Would definitely buy again.

Seems promising - I hope it works. I won't know for a few days. Why - because I had to re-drill the hole for the bolt that runs through the main pole. Seems the Chinese didn't keep track of the ends. When the main pole is attached to the base plate, the angled supports that tie together on the pole miss the pole hole by an inch or so. If I turn the pole over the three pieces line up. However, the threads for attaching to the plate are now pointing up.This is steel so I have to re-paint to mitigate rusting where the new hole was made. Another gripe is that the manufacturer could not be bothered to provide more detail on how assembly should be done; e.g. which parts go where. Not difficult to figure out but... come on.

We just love this handle especially when it’s icy or snowing out. The grandkids use it to!

Very sturdy

First off I would recommend emptying the hot tub to make it easier to assemble. It is a two person job but still very easy to install. As a big guy I feel very comfortable that the rails are sturdy and can take me grabbing and pulling at them (always worry about slipping on wet steps). Really puts my mind at ease having the railing on the stairs and I don't hesitate to recommend these rails (I bought two one for each side)

This is a super handrail for any hottub stairs! Simply slide under the tub as you place it. Is movable to whatever position you like, and feels and is 100% sturdy! Excellent Purchase!!

Nice product exactly what we needed.

Love this handrail. It's very sturdy and stable. We didn't have anything like this with our first hot tub. When we upgraded our hot tub, we decide to try a handrail. These works perfect! Feel safer and secure getting in and out of the hot tub. Would highly recommend.
