Heavy & stable. Definitely worth the cost and gives me stability to transverse in and out of free standing hot tub.

We received ours ahead of schedule. The hot tub is full but we managed to get the slider underneath the hot tub by using one man on a dolly, lifting the hot tub edge up ever so carefully, while I sat on the ground, pushing it with my feet until it slide underneath. We figured out that the yellow leaves that come with the kit are used for 'wedging' any unblanced edges. We used shims instead but will keep the leaves in case. So far so nice!

Great gift for my father in law! He loves his new hot tub, but was having a hard time getting in/out of it. It’s sturdy, safe, & he uses it as a towel rack also.

I purchased this handrail just about 2 years ago and it’s held up just fine. I really like that the handrail swivels easily and looks and works nicely. Kudos to the packaging and transport. I was very impressed how each part of this handrail was packed with care and pride. This is something of great quality and I am totally satisfied.

My elderly parents love this handrail to help them up and down a few steps to their back door. Problem solved
