The product is good but foot for it when I received it one of the footings was broken so would be great if can get a new set of the footings would be great

It works well but there was an issue with the screws for the legs. They didn’t match the thread in the base and it took a bit of work getting them to work. It will be a matter of seeing how long the surface material lasts as it’s showing some discolouration from the element. But overall it was a big hit with our guests.

Quick delivery, very easy website to use, item was well packaged and came with everything plus more than we expected! Great BBQ hot plate, cool design and good quality. Works very well. Only flaw is there is no fat drip trays for the edges like in other models I've previously had

Good for small group (3-4) of people.It is amazing for Korean bbq. Utensils provided are not in good quality. (They are like toys) but it is not a big deal.

Grease Tray & Separate Parts

The only issue I’ve found, is that there is ONLY 1 grease tray to use in 3 places, therefore you can only use 1 section at a time. There is also no option to buy more grease trays separately
