I like the fact it rolls up and rolls out very easy.

Very easy to roll and unroll the garden hose.

I LIKE this hose reel! Most reels wind your hose around a core that’s just round rods which pinch the hose and restrict the water flow. On THIS ONE there are flat panels that don’t pinch off the water flow so much. It’s all Stainless Steel, taller than most - so you don’t bend over so far - winds really easy, and east to assemble.,

Using this at a grocery store to water plants out front so it gets a lot of use and moved around a lot. It's holding up well.
