An adjustable wrench, pliers, a screwdriver and the ability to follow directions is all you need. It’s very sturdy and well constructed. My wheels don’t rub because I didn’t put them on backwards like the others that reviewed this item obviously did. Im a 57 year old woman and didn’t have a problem except that my hands are sore from tightening everything.

Product went together well , and works as it should !

Needed an alternative to the plastic hose reels and this seemes to be a sturdy and inexpensive alternative. It was somewhat of a challange to assemble but all of the peices did fit together well. It is odd that there is a female adapter and no hose for connection to the faucet.

It's good so far....but would be better with a bigger base, tends to fall over if not careful when pulling out hose

A part was missing because the box had a hole in it from shipping. The missing part was replaced. Very satisfied with the quality of the product.

It was a little more difficult to assemble than I expected. Pay attention to the instructions. When I was finished assembling, I put 50 feet of 5/8\" hose on it. The cart could have easily held 100 feet. I expect this to last a lot longer than the plastic carts I've used in the past. The sun tends to destroy them within two years.

Welds could be better but I think it will be sturdy and last a long time. Paint seems good. A little tough to assemble but not bad. Functions well.

Wasn't happy when I received the first hose reel and the packaging was toen and crushed.

This thing is great, it starts to rust quick in certain areas, so I used white lithium grease on those spots to prevent rust. Sturdy, easy to use, I am very happy with this product!

I like this mostly. It was easy to put together except the wheel rod was too short. The wheels now rub on the frame bar and will not turn on one side. I love the way it rolls up hose. The only problem is the too short wheel rod axle. It needs to be about 1/2 \" longer.
