Not what I had hoped for.

This machine works quite well. I am giving it a 3-star rating, because the metal straps that hold the handle on the pot are way too long causing the handle to be very loose and slide around the pot. It is very annoying to say the least and can cause spillage. I do not recommend buying this machine for that particular reason. I read that were others having the same problem. Seems their quality control staff missed this failure. I would have loved to have a new and working pot sent to me.

Flimsy handle

It seems to work great! The only issue is the handle - the metal strap is not fitted properly so you cannot use the plastic handle for picking up / pouring the water. I feel that I need to customize the strap (cut it drill new holes - and it would be okay; however, I feel I shouldn’t have to do this.
