YOU CAN LOWER THE TEMP ON THIS TO 45C = WATER BATH = SET 5 HOURS = MASON JAR YOGURT MAKER !

The unit is digital temperature & hourly timer which will also deliver WATER BATH at 110F to make yogurt in a mason jar ! this built in timer when set at 5 or more hours will shut down the water bath to cool off the yogurt / amazing !

I like the timer control feature in this distiller that allows some water to remain in the boiler after use, thereby eliminating a burned-on sediment problem on the bottom of the burner; this feature makes cleanup much easier. Stainless steel unit, glass pitcher also important. Good work on this design!

Very quiet, clean water

This machine is so quiet that I don't notice it working. I have a zero filter ppm detector and it reads 0 ppm on the water which is good. It's quicker than earlier models I've owned, 3-1/2 hours for a gallon.

Works great!

I love the pure water it produces. Heavy glass pitcher is very hard to position the handle on when assembling and is even heavier when full but just be careful to lift with both hands
