No issues with product working, however the instructions that came with it are very hard to follow, came with lots of extra bolts and not great explanations of which ones needed to put together

two pips did not fit had to fabricate sucks. needs quality control,I made it work but but I cannot adjust higher or lowlower

First time using on a game animal this product failed at swivel pin plate. Square tube welded to pin plate snapped revealing no penetration in weld. The animal was weighed at time of use and was approximately 185 lbs. weld was repaired and at this time awaiting next use.

Tried to lift 243 lbs and it was not able to lift. Bottom of lift bent then slipped out. Was hard to fit to my F250.

For the price its pretty good and works well. The 90 degree hitch fitting is too narrow for Aus cars so the straight thicker section is the only way to attach it, plus the bolt holes need to be drilled out to allow for the pin to slide thru and lock it in place. I also had to machine some steel from the pivot join as it became stuck when first connected. The build is basic and cheap but nothing that can't be fixed if it breaks.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. Easy to install and use.

Good concept. I has to drill holes bigger and the bolts did not have the correct sized taps.
