I could have bought this in aluminum. It probably would have returned to pieces. My van is low and this drags occasionally and has bent. I put hard rubber bumpers in my coil springs and that helped a lot. Be fastidious with your speed controller when loading your go buggy. Thank you well built Pacific Islander for putting my cart back on the carrier. Do not try to put a hitch square expander on your little square hitch and think this will work. Loaded it will tear itself off.

I’ve ordered quite a few of these as I work with customers mobility scooters. This specific model was the best condition one, and was the lightest. I wish they would use the spring locks instead of the pins for the gate - but I think you can order those separately. Easy to assemble, install and use!

If you have limited experience assembling such things, you may have problems. There's no real text, Only pictures. Otherwise the carrier seems ok. I'm adding some lights, like a boat trailer...just in case.

This was fine came quick. 4 stars because of parts listed but not in the box . This came with the wheelchair carrier and bar but no straps and no stabilizer bar .. so I have learned my lesson. Thought I was saving money. But it ended up costing me more .

The package arrived as described and it was pretty easy to build snd install the platform. I already used it to transport a 300 lb grill and it worked pretty well. One thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is to make more anchoring holes on each side.
