Great product. Wish it weighted less. Did the job. Great if you're looking for extra space. We traveled to Orlando Florida and all of the suitcases were on there. I'll definitely recommend this product.

Great product. Easy assembly. Would recommend. Worked as described. Seems to be good quality. Have not had a chance to go anywhere yet. But it's loaded and ready to go.

Had to use you tube video to assemble but overall easy to put together. Took a 12 hour drive with no issues and the fold up position was easy to park anywhere while on vacation.

Worked as advertised. Water resistant bag kept our stuff dry, pretty easy assembly, and all supplies included (except see below). Fast shipping even during the holidays. Straps that come with it were heavy duty enough for our needs. I will say that the edges of the diamond grate are very sharp in some places, so watch your fingers or snagging it on clothing when getting it into position. Also, the required number of washers for the assembly is included, however there were several bolts that weren’t planned to have washers. The metal where those bolts are can be dented/compressed with just the normal amount of tightening. I added washers to those bolts which significantly improved that issue. After 3 uses of roughly 500-600 mile round trips, it has continued to hold up pretty well. There were a couple areas that the powder coating did not have full coverage or possibly got scrapped off. This did cause some rusting, but using some scoring pads and wire wheel on a drill took the rust off. Then a coat of self etching primer and some rubberized undercoating black spray paint fixed those issues. Overall I could not get the same features at this price point, so very happy with purchase.

Bought this carrier to attach to my 2021 Subaru OutBack. I have never used a carrier before so I was a bit hesitant as to how sturdy and useful it would be compared to a roof rack mounted carrier. I've come to believe this is the better choice. The carrier is easy to assemble and very sturdy. It easily hold more volume than a roof rack system would and is easy to load. It easily accommodates 4 12 gallon storage tubs across the platform with plenty of room to stack more. It works great but it scrapes when going through a dip such as at a driveway entrance. Also, it interferes with the back-up camera system, two things I did not consider before purchasing. I still believe it was the right choice and will definitely be using it more in the future.

Solid , easy to install, had my doubts but was very happy once installed and took for a trip. Does block our number plate when loaded so had to make a paper one and tape it on , is it's only issue.

Left Kingsport Tn around 10 am for a trip to tidewater, Va with 7 people and luggage for 2 weeks, in a Honda Pilot w/3 row seating. It took all of 30 minutes to install the carrier and the luggage into the hitch. Loaded the waterproof carrier with most of the luggage, cinched it down with the straps provided, and made it through a 7 hour trip with no damage. Went through several rainstorms with no wet luggage. This was the best deal we could find, spending $187.50 sales tax included. The instruction to put this together took about 2 hours to complete it using metric sockets and a quality electric drill. They could have been clearer, but with 60+ locking nuts and bolts, it was done easily.

Item is solid. The directions or lack of suck.

It is a great product. The instructions are vague, so will have to YouTube a video for help. At first I thought all bolts, nuts, washers were not there, but ended up being all there.
