I received the wagon with a damaged flat tire and after contacting Vevor Customer Service, they were willing to send a complete wagon replacement which I received in less than a week. Very good customer service from my experience and would buy again if I need to.

Works great, good for hauling mulch

Very good quality shipped fast. Good heavy duty and the sides can come off if needed very easily. I use it for moving hay bales for my goats across very uneven pasture, and it pulls quite well

I use this for hauling my beekeeping equipment when checking hives. Easy to assemble and strong built.

The kids love playing with it while I sometimes get to use it to move lumber

The look and feel of this cart does not inspire confidence that it is sturdy enough to handle tough jobs. It is lightweight and feels a little on the flimsy side. I have put it to the limits on multiple occasions hauling heavy bundles of firewood through rough terrain. This thing refuses to break! Either good luck or great construction has kept mine together so far. I would definitely highly recommend this product!

Wagon came 5 days earlier than they said it would. Assembly was pretty straight forward, the instructions were not the best and the pictures were not very clear, but putting it together wasn't rocket science. There were 7 large washers and they all looked the same size, but on 4 of them the inside holes are larger, they are for the wheels. Of course I used them in the wrong place so I had to redo that part. When putting the cotter pins to hold the wheels on be careful to bend them a lot, other wise when the wheel turns the they well hit the air stems and eventually ruin the tires. Over all I think this is a great product and very well made.
