Edit: the company did send me a new one free of charge. This heat press is crucial to my business and I'm greatful they have sent me a new one.Had it not even 6 months and it no longer stays on! Don't waste your money!

Needs better instructions or better timer
The timer will not work. I have to use a different timer to time my items. The cup attachment does not fit snuggly around the cup so heat didn't evenly distribute.

Love Love Love It!
This heat press is easy to use and gets the job done. I mainly make shirt and bag designs, but I have also enjoyed making mugs and plates with the extra attachments. This is very high quality for the price. Hopefully it lasts for a very long time.
