Was everything I expected plus more awesome machine no problem what so ever.

Gods packaging, easy to use, lots of features and tools to use, great quality and comfortable to use.

Love it does everything i need easy to use easy to switch pieces and parts easy to change the settings and temps

This is a well-made, easy to use heat press. I appreciate the rounded corners on the platen. The control box is easy to use and accurate. The instruction manual is more detailed than most, but it could be more comprehensive. The machine comes fully assembled right out of the box. The only problem I had was one of the mug press heat wraps was missing from the 5-in-1 version. Contacting the excellent Amazon customer service in an online chat resolved the problem in no time. I am waiting to get two new heat elements in the mail.

I brought it in December and it stop working last week in the middle if a project due the next day!

So far it works great I have had no issues with the heat press.

It is very good, but could improve 2 points. It does not specify what the part called a shoe is for, how it is used, I looked for videos and read the instructions and it does not say anything in particular, the 2nd that for safety the resistance for the cups must be fixed, but that it can be removed, its signature makes it hard to put the mug down because it moves around otherwise great even bought another one today but only the shirt iron

Best deal I could find. Quality build and easy to operate, only regret is that I didn't order the 8 in 1. I did have a problem with the courier used, took 3.5 weeks to deliver what normally takes 3-4 days.

..this machine is great - I cannot figure out how to make the timer work for the LIFE of me, but that's nothing that a regular timer on my phone can't solve - other than that it has a high heat range, large flat surface for heating and so far works on all of my projects beautifully...I have yet to try the cap, mug/cup and plate heating mats but I am SO excited to get to try them soon!
