Bored at home, decided to get crafty.Its a cheap Chinese machine and there's nothing wrong with that. Get what you pay for, so this is perfect for me. I will say, the heat is very uneven, as much as 30-50(!) degrees. Using a infrared thermometer, the center of the plate is within 5-10 degrees of set temp, as I went out (9 point pattern), big diff in temps. I used a silicone pad that helps round out the tempsBuy it. Use it til you can afford a pro unit with a sliding tray, you'll thank me

Can't get the beeps to make sense, not going off according to the instructions at the right time. Other than that I love it.

There are a few things that I don't like about the product one is it doesn't come with instructions for you to set it up. You have to figure out what is in the package and the press plate attachment didn't even come with my box. I just opened my box because my business setup was just finished yesterday so I'm just unboxing everything today. Very upset at this moment

good heat press easy to use works great and all the attachments as well and very fast delivery next day turned it on instructions easy to use 5in1 heat press thanks.

Up on opening box found that the knob was broke in several spots.The box wasn't damaged from delivery. My husband had to glue the piece's together.
