Product came earlier than expected. Seems to heat up quickly. Have not made any projects as of yet but they sent a sample shirt to make. Easy to use and understand. Highly satisfied. Will update review after first few weeks.

The knob broke the first week. I had to take unit apart to rebuild it. Heating eliminates are great but when you turn it it looses and I constantly have to adjust. Customer service was excellent in helping me resolve this issue without affecting my business. They are a great company to work with and my press works perfectly now. The press is very easy to use and not too bulky or heavy for my workspace.

The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the heat press is so hard to use correctly. Other than that it’s a wonderful product

The press itself works great. I haven't had a chance to use the mug or hat attachments yet but the actual press works very well. The machine does beep a lot as it goes up to temp or goes down to a new one. It also beeps every so often. It's loud but personally I like that feature as I remember it's on. Only took a week to arrive from BC to NB.

The reason for the 5 stars has a lot to do with my customer service experience. My first purchase had issues where the top plate could only move to the left and didn’t move far enough for me to easily get a shirt on the bottom plate. When I reached out to customer service they helped me troubleshoot the issue, were timely in their communications, and empathetic to the fact that it’s frustrating when something you purchased does not work as expected. Once we realized that the troubleshooting steps did not work they quickly replaced my machine and the one I have now works perfectly. Keeping in mind that I understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan or work on occasion, I have to say this was one of my best customer service experiences that I’ve had in a while. Their focus was on making sure I knew the proper steps to work the machine and that the machine they provided was working properly. I didn’t have to argue with them, or get a generic response from them that was not helpful, or even ask for a manager..... they just fixed it. I am so grateful that this was a stress free experience and they have made a long term customer out of me. Thank you!

Very big love the different heating elements

We run a small business providing custom vinyl, tumbler cups & T-shirt. She has made over 50 T-shirt with the press and had zero issues and can produce custom HTV T-shirts quite rapidly and without having to worry about over heating the press. The swinging capability makes the process much easier and reduces the risk of getting burned. Heat press arrived early without any damage or products missing & the box it came in was not crushed torn up.
