I purchased this product with little reviews which is unlike me but the reviews it had was good. I got the product quickly and it was easy to set up. I have printed only 2 shirts but the 2 shirts I printed it worked well. I even got a call from customer service to check in on me which I thought was awesome. I will add to review in 6 months

I received my original heat press and had some issues; however, after contacting the seller and explaining the problem, they promptly sent another heat press and so far it has worked perfectly. I received the new one within a few days.

I was disappointed that no instructions came with it. Luckily I found YouTube videos. Not every one is experienced.

In all honesty I hadn’t setup all the extra accessories such as the cup and plate option. But I have used the press at least 20 times so far and it is excellent. It comes with 2 foam pads for between the plates. It came completely assembled.

Is a little flimsy. Can break easily if you do not rotate top plate properly. Heats well for my heat transfers and have made around 50 so far. Love the pivot and slide feature. Have not tried to make a hat or plate yet but will write review when I do. All and all if you test the machine well it will take care of your needs.

It arrived earlier than expected and it came nicely wrapped and secreted no pieces were damaged and it’s super easy and convent to use.

It was given as a Christmas gift, so hasn't been used yet. The product arrived in the time frame given. Was just as discribed in the ad.

It was very easy to assemble and easy to use. I also loved the way my shirt turned. Honestly I had no problems. Y’all should definitely buy this????
