It saves time and effort, and the heat press effect is very good. It is much more convenient to use than the previous heat press machine. The customer service and after-sales service are good, and the problem is solved in time, which is worthy of praise!

I love this clamshell heat press. If you are on the fence with which one to buy defiantly get the clamshell not the swing arm. Save yourself the trouble of switching after a few months. The only feature I wish was different is the on/off switch. I wish it was in front of the unit under the heat press so you do not have to reach over or through the heat press (don't go through, it will be hot).

Does a great job. I wish it did have rubber feet to keep from sliding around but otherwise performs well.

So far I love it! I haven't used it to much yet but it is great. It is very easy to use. I had no problems hooking it up and putting it to good use. I am anxious to use it with infusible ink and trying out the ornaments too. I made several shirts over the holidays. It is a perfect addition to my craft room. I would be interested to know if there is a hat or cup attachment for it.

The item works! But upon opening the box both corners of the top plate are dented in. It’s annoying to say the least. But I plugged it in to test it- & it worked. I will see how it holds up over time. It’s ridiculous that so many come damaged after reading more reviews.
