I love all the things I've been able to do with this but I have a question. This came with absolutely no instructions and I haven't got a clue how to make the Mug Attachment work. I can plug it in and get it hot but it won't clamp down on the mugs. Is there a specific size mug that has to be used? I bought generic white mugs at the Dollar Tree to experiment on and I can't get them to clamp into the attachment. I'm afraid I'm gonna shatter the mug or bust the attachment itself. Has anyone else been able to get this to work? I can't find a video anywhere that shows how this works.

I can't actually rate the use because I bought it for my son as a gift. However, he seems to be enjoying it and has learned to use it with ease

I was up in the air on purchasing this. My sister has the Cricuit and had reservations about my purchase of the Vevor Heat Press. So far this has worked wonders and the price was just right. I only wish I would have chosen the cup press instead of the hat press attachment.

I have only tried the heat press as of this time. It works great, I’m excited to try the attachments. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this item. It comes with a lot of goodies too

Works great for my daughters business

One of the red stripes has lifted, but that is only cosmetic, still works well. Instructions are very basic, but that don't really matter as it's pretty easy to figure out and operate. Very happy, presses well, I've used it heaps :-)

Husband bought me this and I absolutely love it. Easy to set up and use. Not too big, so easy to store also! Love it!

Great value heat press. Documentation is a bit sketchy but there is a good tutorial on YouTube that explains the operation very well. Documentation would benefit from the addition of recommended temperature and pressing times. Customer support is very good with fast reply to queries. I would recommend it to the home crafter.
