I like this product. However when I ordered it after watching the video I was under the impression that this purchase included the other attachments

I will be honest the base is a pain to put together, once you get the hang of tilting the pieces to fit them together (like the instructions tell you to) you are golden. The heater itself is working well. The timer works. I had one issue with the middle of the piece not heating up but I was not using the pad that came with this. Once I started using this pad everything worked great.I will warn that there was a pretty bad smell when I first pulled the pad out of the box, but the smell went away and the pad works great.

Not good instructions on how to use, switch between regular press and hat press is opposite than what instructions say.

Heat press looked nice, did come quickly and with with all kinds of extras. The problem was that the temperature would not hold steady. Kept fluctuating too much.l did not trust it with my sublimation projects. In the end I decided on another heat press.

Simple to program and use. Even heating. Good weight to the press. Takes a while to heat but works well.

Needed better directions but worked very well.

It is very easy to use but their is false advertising. This unit does not able to have a mug press to buy later

Love this press! I wish it had more instructions. I found a video on YouTube that explains in detail of how to use it. Once you get the hang of it it's easy pesy!

Excellent product for price.
