We have been using this heat press for over a year and it has been amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a good heat press.

The machine worked great for a few months, but now it doesn't work at all. It first started buring shirts, so I adjusted the heat setting even it was the same material I had been using, but that did not resolve the problem. Hoping I can get some help from customer service by filling out the contact us information, but it just says it doesn't recognize the order number. Was hoping to get more than 5 months of use out of the machine. I was just starting to make a little money on the side with it, but now trying to figure out what to do from here. Trash it or look for another brand.

Just wish I’d bought the 15x15 model. But the unit is great. No issues.. good for small projects. Will look at the larger units later…

Worked great on some shirts can't wait to use it on some cups and hats

I was disappointed that the press had to be assembled. The parts were labeled with A B C D E ….but the directions did not use those letters to reference the parts. All You Tube Videos had people taking the press out of the box assembled. It took several of us Pollocks to figure it out. Hahaha. We managed to get it together. I turned it on but have yet to press anything. I am trying to get my craft room set up and then I will get to use it.

Item is great for starter business or hobby, only issue is the strews on the handles n swivel gets loose even after tightening them

It is a good machine, but you would have to have a lot of space for it and I did not. I sent it back. They did a awesome help on sending it back and I did get there clam design from the same company.

This is my first press. It was purchased to add to my embroidery projects. I haven't opened the box yet because I am not sure where I will place my new press purchase. The price was a great deal to start a new adventure/addition!
