Aloha all from Hawai'i. It took about 2 weeks to just ship (leave the Amazon facility) which is ridiculous. Prime member for over 20 yrs, arrived fast but did NOT have all the pieces necessary to be a true 11 in 1 Heat press. Others say no instructions, well mine had pretty good (detailed) instructions and I assembled pretty much effortlessly and within 1 hr max (with life's distractions) was up & running. However, it did have missing parts. I've emailed the vendor hoping they'll make good on their sale or will be returning it and getting my $$ back and ordering from its competitor. But I allow everyone1 to fix their boo-boo. I purchased this like most others, to make merch to sell. But When there are missing parts, it makes it frustrating! I look forward to updating when I have something to update :) UPDATE: I'm very happy to post this. The email I mentioned above, was replied to in a very professional manner! I'm not sure what people are doing when they say that Customer Service is poor (or no help) when I get a response(s) so quickly (even on weekends!). They have said they will fix it in the next 1-3 business days! THATS Service!! UPDATE: I’m very happy to write this update, I’ve had really great responses from Customer Service team! Not only do they reply quickly (typically in the evening (my time zone is -10:00GMT) because their in China I’m guessing) but they explain the why and the what, then send you a walk through video! Like they literally open a machine box and you get the video of them walking you through what your question was, to answer it quickly! Suggestions, download the We Tramsfer app to your phone before their reply. It’ll automatically open in the app. Over all I’m VERY pleased with this product! I’ve already made 9 shirts and a few cups all thanks to their assistance.
