Absolutely love this heat press! Will never use another brand word so great easy to set up and a breeze to use! Makes my shirts perfect

Got this mostly for the hat press, but wanted to be able to press shirts too at times. But I find it difficult to line up the patches on the hat and then line up the pads of the press. This is mostly because the press doesn't open very wide, so I find I have to place my hat on the bottom pad while removed then do my best to slide it in without disrupting the patch I have placed.

This product has a lot of cool spots. I haven’t gotten to use any of the attachments yet . I only had this product for a few months. While it was heating up I kept hearing a popping noise. I went to check on it and found cracks on both sides of the machine.

I have used this equipment to experiment with different mediums. There are no assembly instructions and the pictures don't match what I received. Some of the mounting holes are slightly off so the big platen is skewed but still works well. The guidelines for heating different mediums have to be adjusted to get them to work. YouTube is your best friend here. I have successfully sublimated on tile, leather, cloth, wood, mousepads and heat transfer vinyl (htv). Looking forward to more projects to create and sell.

I love love this heat press! It gets hot fast and holds a good heat. There only thing is that I got the wrong size press! I can’t wait to get a bigger one by this Same brand!

The press took longer than listed, to arrive. It set up fast. I figured out how to use , quickly. I don't like how the top plate attaches. It's kind of a hassle to switch to the hat or mug press attachment if you have already been using the press. It reaches the desired temp correctly and holds that temp +- a degree or so. Consider adding a longer cord. Over all I'd buy again.
