We love this heat press, it heats up quickly. When it was new it smells bad when heating.

Bought it over a year ago and it worked just fine up until today. I’ve had it for about 18 months no issues no problem whatsoever and then the power cord it keeps getting in the way as I’m pressing my T-shirts and it just went.Zaaaa and died. So overall, it lasted about 18 months and then I had no issues with it

I liked howany parts come with this set. Wish it was easier to interchange. Heats well. Goes as high as 390 degrees f. How to set the temp and the tine was very confusing. The directions were poor! I found a you tube that helped! To set temp. Select set 1 time put in the temp. Hit set put in time set then Fahrenheit or Celsius will be last set. I also had an issue with my hat press. It came with whay looked like ink on it. I contacted the company snd they offered a percentage off. I prob won't use the hat portion much anyway do I took it. It did make me wonder If I received a returned or srcond item. I asked that question several times but never got clarification.

I bought this Heat press to press about 50 shirts for family and friends. It worked well for what I was doing. However, I removed 1 star because the instructions aren't really intuitive. The timer doesn't count down and indicate when the time has expired. Overall pretty good for small jobs.

This is only for home. The price is one but just for a small stuff if you wanna do a business don’t buy it

It’s really nice does a great job she has learned how to use it. The biggest challenge was lack of directions but there’s YouTube videos for that. That’s the only mark down is the learning curve without specific directions.

Great product in expensive fairly easy to use would recommend for someone starting out as has many attachments in one machine

The design is simple. The bottom pad is not level. The top heating pad is not level. Between the two the pressure on the plates is not even. The main post moves backwards as you clamp the plates together. This makes the pressure area more uneven. The solution is either/and/or turn the print around 180 degrees to try to get even pressure, Add spacers at the top of the mounting plate arm to get the top plate level, Stiffen the mounting pole. Leveling the bottom pad is not easily done. I have done the first three fixes but even after this the plates do not stay parallel. Customer support suggested less pressure, but with the plates not parallel to start with, you will have no hope of a good outcome.. I suggest finding a press with better supported plates. I will continue looking for a fix so one day it might be fit for purpose.
