The timer is not intuitive and I don't use, I use separate timer I can carry around if long press. Heat is consistent. Takes a bit to warm up but at this price it's great. Mug press is great. There was no documentation with the press. Perhaps there's one online but what a hassle that is. Maybe if they included the uri.

Easy to use i wish i got the pull out bottom press. sometimes when swinging the press over the shirt or hoodies it gets tight and moves the print. But works great.

Works well and gets up to temp fairly quickly. The plastic base plate and top locking mechanism aren't the strongest but it does the job well, and for a fraction of the price of main brand machines. Well worth it for casual use.

Should have bought the bigger one. I thought this size was adequate since my transferes are rarely larger but it doesn't press the edges well. You get the most pressure from the center and very little on the edges so I have to press it 2-4 times even though the image is the same size as the plate. Timer is a but frustrating I keep resetting the temperature every time I try to use it so I just use my phone timer instead. I thought it said you could use it for hats but that is not correct.
