Not only is it great to keep me on balance but we flip it over so the flat side is on the bottom and my grandson loves to bounce and wear out some of that kid energy!

The air pump is a piece of junk, and that’s being nice. And even if you manage to pump air into this thing there’s no way to stop it from escaping. I had to plug it and do extra shenanigans to make this product work. Terrible stuff.

Works as good as the expensive alternative.

I have been looking for one of these balance balls for a very long time and they are SO expensive. When I found this, I had to get it. It's wss a great price, its a great size & I love the handles on the sides.

I absolutely love my new stability ball! I use it every day. This item is excellent for all stretching, Pilates, cardio.. basically what ever you love. I am so happy with my purchase.

This ball is great for core workout I’ve got 3 bulging disc but want to maintain my core. It’s soft in the back and is easy to use for legs, arms and easy to stand in for using the stretch cords.
