Torque converter kit works great would recommend this kit.

A little worried because of all the mixed reviews. Got some proper thread grade 8 bolts and red locktite and no issues at all.Even with really aggressive snow tires, this thing gives plenty of power at low end paired with a 6.5 hp Homda, 54 tooth sprocket, and 15 inch rear tires. It will drive thru snow well over the front of the cart without lugging down. People with issues must not be lining up front and rear pulleys or not using correct bolts since the supplied ones are metric and don't work with U.S. motors that have SAE threads. Suprized to see some complain about needing to trim guard...not sure what they expect as each install is custom, so no way around needing to trim guard.

This was a great converter. 3rd one ive purchased. 1st one ive gotten from this seller. First 2 i bought from other sellers where junk. This one was great. No complaints at all. Cheap price. Quality parts. Could have been a little quicker on delivery but thats more fed ex fault than the seller.

Pulleys work on kt196 go cart

Took awhile to get the first one but hey great customer service the drive bearing went up first ride and tore the belt to pieces but they took care of me that’s all I can say but most of the bolts Depending on with mold are you have you have to get new metric ones

I bought this for my drift trike with a hemp predictor 212. Once I got it on it was amazing the throttle response is amazing it is 10x better then centrifugal clutch. The install is not so easy if your axle is in front of the Motor you will probably have to trim down the fins so that the chain could rotate. I had to cut a small part out so the tank could fit.
