We had sand for a few inches and then hard red clay, and white concrete clay! This little post hole digger was a boss in the dirt!

Work s great in dirt ,but don't hit a rock, it will stop the auger dead and if you have not a good grip it will hurt you ,, other than that it works great

Easy start..handles better than I thought it would..digs great. Does what it's supposed to.. A good tool at a good price..

Ordered digger for small fencing job- 30 post holes. It performed flawlessly, more than paid for itself. Contractor wanted 5k for the job, I did it for 1600.00 in materials including the cost of the digger. $$$$ saved!

Very nice product ,well built with good quality ,easy to use. Was as advertised from sender. Has great attachments for different uses, very light and easy for one person to use. No problems understanding operating instructions or assembly instructions

1st noticed the quality bolts that held the handle, the thought of including 2 tie straps for the on/off cord, and the included toolkit with a spare sparkplug. note the O = off, minor details hopefully allude to overall satisfaction. I've dug 2 of 50 holes and all is well. If it makes it thru the 50 it'll have been cheaper than renting at the box store.

This is the first self operated one I had. I have always used a tractor, with a PTO.. This was very easy to assemble, the instructions were straight forward.. I putting it it through a very tugg test right oi of the box, I needed 3 holes. The tuff part is it was frozen ground MN. I managed ro to do it. Only lost the dtill bit

Worked awesome had no issues easy to use and fired write up used it to auger holes for my post it definitely saved me a lot of time and work

Would not buy it again. Seems to get stuck more frequently on roots. The extensions go as deeper then other standard augers but does not self clear the dirt. The shut off switch broke with in the first dozens holes I drilled. I would have returned it but my project was delayed so I missed the return period.

Trigger broke during shipping.. didn't even get to use it......................................................
