Better than what I expected! The seal gasket is heavier and stronger than what I’ve observed with new, standard garage doors. Way better than OEM seals

Very easy to install took about 30 minutes and works great.

I had to customize mine to fit. Bought some 1/2 metal screws and fitted the track to the bottom of the door. Pulling the rubber through the tracks were a bit of a headache as halfway through it ripped a little and would continue to fall out. I ended up cutting sections and it slid right in. However this left gaps, so wouldn’t recommend cutting.

Super easy to install!!!! Quality product! I was skeptical because I had tried other big box store products that simply didn't work well or I spent hours to install. This with help from my wife, took about 25 min. 100% recommend this product.
