Good quality rubber. Love the tracking installation. Would recommend to anyone with a rollup or regular garage door.

Fitted this rubber seal unit to front garage door to reduce the amount of water entering during heavy downpours. Additional bonus I now don’t get the influx of leaves being blown in during the dry days. Easy to fit and looks neat.

I can’t speak of durability I just installed it today. The seal seems to be a fairly good product, it might be slightly thinner than the one I removed. I removed the old seal sprayed the metal T channel with soapy water and also sprayed the T rubber seal. It went in easily all 20’, it took me about 10-15 minutes without any help. It looks good and appears to be a tight seal, time will tell.

Very good, but the short aluminum tracks take some skill to keep all in line to feed the soft rubber seal in.

This seal is working great. Previous standard seal that came with the door was allowing water to penetrate through both the left and right bottom of the door. Tried used 1/2” foam through the entire seal with no success to keeping the water out. Just has a good long rain with gusty wind blowing directly at the door and not a single drop of water came through with this new VEVOR seal. Unbelievable price for. A great product. As with prior reviews, installation is definitely a two person job in order to feed it through the track. Highly recommend and would buy it again if and when needed.

Replaced my badly deteriated garage door seals with this kit. Now mo more water coming in garage. The inner round tube in this seal really helps the durability. Should last a very long time...

Exactly what I needed to replace the old gasket on the doors. Unwrapped and let heat up in the sun. Cut to length and sprayed a lubricant in the channel. Gasket easily pulled into place. Gasket is thick and has a center piece that keeps it in place on the ground. I didn't need to adjust the door after installation. Would recommend
