It's a good product, you may need to adjust the door down distance which I did.

This was perfect. The tube in the middle saves it from being crushed. Easy install. Don’t forget adjust the door down distance so you don’t crush the new seal more than required.

We got the kit, very easy to install.

I have purchased this to replace the current one in place, that is damaged after Hurricane Ian DR-4673-FL, when and where, FEMA has not provided any assistance to my home, in regard to wind damage, and thereafter, rodents entering garage through damaged piece along with roof, without repair, since Hurricane Ian DR-4673-FL, and conditions in this state, have worsened, in regard to U.S. , We the People, are deprived and neglected.

Seems like good quality. Wait and see how she hold up in an Ohio harsh winter. The rubber will only install from an end. One man instaltion was very challenging but happy with the final product.
