I haven’t used it yet but it looks and feels very solid and that is a very nice hook! I won’t be using for my winch cable because it’s still good but will be cutting one end and swaging a loop with a thimble and ferrules and using an oblong master link to make long choker cables for skidding logs out and I suspect it’ll work great and price was very decent

Doesn't fit vehicle

I strung 2 lengths of 100’ foot long cable to catch cars and trucks that come off the highway and down into my property. In the last few years I’ve had a Dodge Pickup and a Ford Explorer miss the turn and come down the side, rolling over and into my garage. Both drivers were very drunk or stoned. I hope this will catch them before they crash into my garage.
