Oil storage bucket
These buckets are great to have to change the oil or to use. The old when cleaning must have in the kitchen or in a food truck.

Nicely built, contains the oil and locking lid prevents spilling. Allows draining of the fryer faster and more conveniently.

Well Built unit, just assembling the Caddy wasnt the easiest, due to no way to hold the Casters while putting on the lock nut to the Shaft of the Caster. The wrench(s) supplied are dirt cheap so it stretched the wrench the first try lol. I used Channel locks to hold the wrist of the caster while putting th Casters on the Caddy. I have a ton of tools but a regular Restaraunt worker or Manager would put it together and it would soon come apart....Maybe with hot oil in the Oil Caddy/Grease Cart, then someone is injured. Just a note to think about. One more thing, Where are the instructions????? Hello litigation!

Perfect alternative to waiting for oil to cool at the end of an event. We let it cool enough to fill the bucket, so we can drive our food truck without making an oily mess.

Perfect for making a dust collector
I bought an overpriced cyclonic dust separator from a well known company in Oneida. It came attached to a *cardboard* drum exactly the same size as this steel drum. I was using it with a 2-1/2" vacuum hose and it was working fine for about half an hour, then the hose got blocked and the whole drum imploded from the vacuum! I wasn't all that surprised, but I assumed the company "must know what they were doing". I sent the collapsed drum back and bought this one from Vevor. All I had to do was make a 6" hole in the lid and drill six holes to mount the cyclone. Note that a cheapo 6" hole saw made for wood will barely scratch this high carbon steel lid. You'll need a carbide tipped hole saw, or Vevor's 10 gauge nibbler (another fantastic tool!) or a jigsaw... not a big deal. Not only is Vevor's steel drum superior in every way, it even comes with a wheel kit and four latches to easily open or close the lid. You can buy a cyclone separator without the cheesy cardboard drum and save almost $100, then buy this drum for truly superior results. I just wish I hadn't found that out the hard way!

Received quickly, and product was perfect. Our original bucket had a hole in it, and this was the perfect replacement to help us with filtering our oil in our restaurant.

Total crap
Gasket loosens and falls out constantly. Paint chips on inside of container. If you buy insurance on it it is usless because all of the damage WILL occur before insurance kicks in. Manufacturers warranty is responsible for any damages in the first year or two. Also, hot oil will create a vacuum and make it impossible to remove lid without prying it off and damaging it. Im limited on height or I wouldnt have gone through this TWICE with this product. Im 100 percent done with this product, its a joke!! You'll get 3-4 months out of it. I call amazon and Amazon sends me to assurion and assurion says to call vevor!! So much for "stress free returns"
