I'm totally disguised in this company as I purchased this and o e item was sent through Australia post and one was sent through Allied express and the one from Australia post showed up and the from Allied express never showed up and when I rang you and even sent email query you told me that you would get it organised and sent. Instead you did nothing and when I rang again on Monday all I got from you it's lost and you will partially refund and you couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. I rang Allied express and they said they never received it from your warehouse. So I think your customer service is pretty sad if that's how you handle your items and don't care if your customers receive there goods or not. I do t I will ever purchase from you company in the future and I will be sure to let other people know.

These forks would not fit a kubota tractor bucket. Very disappointing
