The cart I has performed well for our needs. The quality appears to be good except for the attachment point between the basket and base. The plate is thin aluminum which bends as you tighten the screws. A thicker plate would help. Otherwise so far it is performing well.

We bought this rolling laundry cart because my husband and I have back problems. The specific feature of this cart, besides being able to roll, is that the basket is raised. This means we do not have to bend to pick up clothes.

This thing is sturdy and tough as nails! I was really impressed by the quality!! Sits up nice and level and no more bending over to load laundry. The wife and I both love the fact that it rolls from the bathroom straight to the laundry. Really pleased with it!!

My husband and I are getting older hand carrying heavy items is becoming more difficult. We recently purchased a new home, with a first floor laundry room. We acquired a raised platform for our front-loading washer and dryer and bought this laundry cart to make transporting clean laundry from one room to another easier. It works great. The casters (even the smaller 4" ones) are easy-rolling and handle floor transition strips with ease; going from tile to LVP to carpet and back with little resistance. The only minor issue I have with the cart is the assembly. The instructions are SUPER tiny and the item is different than what was pictured on the website. I would have preferred bolts that go direct through the metal assembly strips and into the cart frame, but instead, you get U shaped bolts that are difficult to get into place and they have the nuts/threads on top where the clothes rest. Loose weave fabrics can get snagged due to this. A flat bolt with a square shank and the nuts on the bottom of the unit would be better.
