I don't know that I'd trust this chair with my niece or nephew the back support on this is super flimsy. I did how ever trust it enough with my puppies who loved this chair. Well that is not the intended purpose nor function I did find a use for it. Would recommend if you put this against a wall or against a sofa wouldn't trust stand alone as your kiddo may fall back.

This kids chair is super soft and cute! It came vacuum sealed to fit in a smaller box & took full shape over night. I was surprised at how big it was! It's strong foam that, so far, doesn't seem to lose shape. The back holds my toddlers weight great but if she leans on the side arms they do separate from it as they aren't as well connected as the bottom and back are.

When I first opened this, I was a little weary because it was SO smooshed, but it plumped right up over the course of a few hours. The directions say to give it 48 hours, but I feel like it happened much faster. It feels like a cushiony memory foam, and is such a great size for my 3 y/o. It's big enough for her to move around on and lay sideways and things. It does tip back easily, so we have it in front of our couch to avoid that, but it's not a safety risk as the chair is so thick/soft and it's not high up.

I do wish this chair was adult sized. It feels super comfy I'm actually a little jealous. The whole thing came in an airtight bag that, when opened, took about 3-4 hours to fully air out. There was no foul smell or anything that came off the couch itself, but it did have a light smell of sterile. Took a blast of Febreze and it was gone easily. It is one whole piece which is nice. The seat cushion seems nice and firm I will have to see how long it holds up its stiffness before giving way. The covering is almost like shag, but so much more softer. It feels and looks like such a comfortable chair. My kid is going to enjoy this one very much. The sizing is perfect for a bunk bed with a lower space, or desk. This would work great for any kid honestly. Recommended!

We introduced this to our 3 Year old Niece and she took a liking to it immediately. It's actually extremely soft and the base of the chair is very sturdy. I was expecting her to sink into the floor but she did not. Even when I sat on it (200 lb man), it wouldn't sink to the floor. Genuinely surprised! Even our 1 year old Dachshund loves it. My nieces usually uses the chair now to eat her lunch/dinner/snacks, to draw, or watch her shows. And if she ever wants to lay down, she lays down on the sofa sideways with her head on one of the arm rests and the legs hanging over the other arm rest. It's nice to see her love it so much. It took a little over 24 hours for the foam to fully expand to fill the cover. After that the chair worked great. It's the kids' new favorite place to sit in the living room. Perfect height for our 3-year-old, and our smallest can climb into it with little efforts. Very soft and comfortable. Easily portable.

When you get this it will be VACUUM SEALED!! Meaning your need to give it about 48 to 70 hours in open air to 'fill'/reform after getting it out of the package it is sent in. It's already all together- The fluffy cloth lining unzips and comes right off for easy cleaning! The outer shell has a Sherpa feel to it, and it is amazingly soft. The stitching is nicely done. I've had no snags, pulls or loose threads. And just needs to reform once it is out of the vacuum sealed airtight packaging it is in. This is a great little 'Toddler chair\"!! My daughter absolutely adored hers! And I am sure your little one will love it, too!! This will last for a while, at least the one my daughter had did. And she drug that this around all over the place!! This one HAS A HANDLE! The one my daughter had did not, but she would drag it all over the house! The livingroom to watch cartoons; to her art table for drawing or having lunch, or into her room to read her 'princess books' to her stuffed animals! Your little one will really love this chair! And being a mom that has had one of these in her house, I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone with a small child in their home!

This couch is indeed soft but it’s not an ultra fluffy sherpa. Perhaps if a handheld vacuum was used it could be since it did arrive vacuum sealed. The inside inserts are firm but are individual pieces vs a large single piece. With that being said, it wobbles somewhat which can be a safety hazard for a child nearly learning to keep their balance. When I sat on it the back tipped backwards, so a child rushing eagerly to sit down can also flip backwards. I placed it against a wall and that significantly helps to mitigate those types of falls. This is a good sitting chair for a 1-3 year old but definitely not older or younger in my opinion. Not large enough to truly snuggle up in with legs outstretched but perhaps curled underneath the body. The price runs about average in retail stores and is a decent buy with the $15 off coupon currently available.
