Just What I Needed and a Little More
Upon consultation with my primary physician, I purchased this item to aid ongoing stroke recovery. To my surprise, it arrived mostly assembled, requiring very little energy and prep time. So the accompanying instructions need not be intimidating. Despite the reasonably low price, the material is VERY durable and looks like it is built to last a very long time. There hasn't been time to use this Bike Trainer, yet. I am considering the submission of another review with a photo after some use.

Nice affordable trainer stand
I was having some difficulty getting my bike to be solid in the stand and then I swapped out my rear wheel skewer for the one included and that made it fit and secure much better. I am not a big fan of the manual tension adjustment and mostly just ride without much resistance. It is good for Wisconsin winters and I can now be on a bike year round.

Solid bike stand with just some minor quibles
I was looking for something inexpensive to allow me to cross-train on (I am primarly a runner). This fit the bill. The construction of the unit was solid. It arrived without any scratches. The only defect was a bent quick-release lever, which I really didn't need. I am not intending to do serious training on this, so for the price and usecase, it works. If I were more serious, I would look to one of the high-end units that enable more control on the experience (with a significant increase in cost).

Easy to use
Works pretty well. Much easier to stay home in bad weather and still get a \"good\" ride in.

Great!
Easy to install and a great way to ride inside! Love the adjustable friction and quick release latch to get back outside.

Good value
I have an old mountain bike that was just collecting dust so I ordered this to see if I could get some use out of it since I don't really have time to use it otherwise. The stand was fairly easy to set up and the instructions were good enough to get going on it. The resistance settings worked as expected and it is a fairly stable when in use. Overall I'm satisfied with the performance of the unit and I do feel it's a good value for the advertised price.

Works as intended.
I ordered the bike trainer for those rainy days in Florida. My requirements were that it should be easy to mount and dismount my cross-over mountain bike, have an adjuster to increase the load without dismounting, and be able to support both the bike and me while mounting and dismounting. This trainer met all my requirements. The trainer came preassembled, and since my bike already had quick release on the wheels, I didn't need to swap axels. I just needed to mount the adjuster on my handlebar and make the necessary adjustments on the rear wheel axel for the first time mount. The trainer also had its own quick release, which made it easy to mount and dismount the bike. Getting on the bike was easy. I made sure to keep my center of gravity over the saddle as much as possible. The adjustments worked well, and I found that using my highest gear provided the most resistance. The front block for the front wheel kept it from swinging left or right, and the trainer remained stable throughout my experience. When finished, the quick release allowed me to take the bike off easily. The adjuster has a quick release nut as well. I just folded the trainer and put it away.
