I am a Sr. senior adult and feel much safer on my outdoor steps. The only problem is with the base covers. The wind can blow them off and I have to hunt for them and put them back on. It is a poor design. The rails themselves are very nice and attractive.

Looks beautiful. Does need to have screws spra painted with black paint so they dont rust. easy job.

The handrail is very well made, very sturdy. It has a thick coat of paint over the metal. We installed on concrete and was easy using a hammer drill. In fact, I ordered one for the other side.

The product arrived with one of the pieces bent, so I contacted the company and they told me to just un-bend it myself so I did that and it resulted in minor scratches. Finished product is sturdy, but it does look a bit clunky - see photos. Also, the part that covers the bolts is flimsy and it looks like it will fall apart soon. I think it is missing the screws to anchor it in place.

The delivery was super fast and the product was good quality.

We were able to install in around 2 hours since we didn't have a rachet drill. It looked nice, however when we went to put the covers on the base they were small and all bent put of shape. We will need to find some type of replacements. Overall not bad and looks good.

As many other reviews have noted, the product is solid and looks great. The main problems are: 1) Instructions are worthless. Check out a few youtube videos before installing 2) the packaging is terrible so your railing will arrive we a few bent tabs and cosmetic damage. With that said, I still recommend the railing as it can fit various stair heights and it looks great.

This is a very attractive railing that works perfectly on our front porch. I highly recommend this product.
