Bought 40” Firepit screen. I unpacked it and it’s good quality at a good price. I discovered that I really needed a 36” screen so I repacked it and requested a return and put a 36” screen in my shopping cart. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I had to use chat with a foreigner that told me a return will take a very long time and I must pay for everything. He offered me $20 to keep it. I said I really prefer a smaller screen. Then he said he has to report this and he gave me a ticket number. After a week I heard nothing. I just emailed customer service, gave my ticket number and asked what’s going on. I’m pleased with the product and price but make sure you get the right item because customer service after the sale is a zero out of 10.

This is far more well made than the first one I had. The old one was fairly thin wire mesh, that I covered with a high quality outdoor cover in the winter, but by the 5th year it was rusted through with gaping holes. This screen is clearly much sturdier than the old one. No flimsy wire mesh. I have put a hook on the wall in the garage to house it indoors for the winter.

Used this on my solo stove and it works great. I get my fires roaring and little warp in the screen. Stops the hot coals from burning my wife's blanket.

I cut slots on each side to use on a large cast iron pot to make hash, worked out GREAT!

Fits over my solo stove bonfire almost perfectly. Some assembly required, but nothing too crazy.

Much cheaper than manufacturer offered item and quality just fine. The way to go.

No more burnt holes in pants. Yeehaw.
