I bought this as a bday gift for my stepdad, who owns and operates a upholstery business.. He loves it.. Will upgrade to a bigger size, the more expensive one nxt yr for him. The only negative thing I can say, is that it does not have adjustable speeds as advertised and it didn't come with the extra blade.. I did call customer service and they resolved the issue and sent the extra blade.. It did take a while for the shipping tho.. And the customer service representative was courteous and pleasant to speak with..
