Very comfy and great lumbar support. Don't even need to use my seat cushion with it. Seat is very thick and firm but not hard. Heavy duty construction. Would rate it a ten if I could.

The chair itself is as advertised, and worthy of five stars on it's own merits. However, the so-called \"User Manual\" is essentially useless, both for assembly and for usage. You pretty much have to figure it all out for yourself, which can of course be done, but in that case why even have one? There's just one little postage-stamp sized section near the end that has any written instructions at all, and the print is so small that I literally had to use a magnifying glass to read them, even with my glasses on. The rest is all just a series of numbered sketches. A few well-written comprehensive instructions would have helped immensely. I suspect someone was trying to save a few bucks on translation.

If you need a comfy computer chair that’s built well get this , the seat is so padded it’s awesome, got it for my 6’4” 240lb hubby and it’s perfect for him with great back support, shall be buying myself one too, this is the nicest chair I’ve ever seen.

I literally ordered this chair the night before and had it on my doorstep the next day - and I am in a small town in NSW! Loved that quick delivery. The chair itself is very good. I'm not a fan of self-assembly, but the parts fit well, the instructions were very clear and the small parts all well organised. The spare parts was also a nice touch. I've been using this for about a month now and it's going great (I am130kg). All in all I'd make Vevor my first stop for any new purchases in future.

Chair is almost great. Very comfortable and very nice faux leather. The lumber support is top notch but... There's something missing to be perfect for me. This chair does not recline and it hardly rocks even in the most sensitive level. It says 90 to 120 degrees but... not exactly reclining and you have to apply some force to tilt it. Nevertheless it looks good and it is comfy.

Very comfortable, great buy

Hardest part was figuring out how the wheels went in. Finally my son figured it out. They snapped in, you have to push them very hard til you hear the click. When screwing the back of the chair onto arms don't tighten til you have both sides on. We had to redo the one side to make it even. Maybe took less than a hour to assemble. It would of been quicker if we didn't have trouble figuring out the wheels. It's very sturdy & comfortable for my son. He's a big guy 6ft, 400+ pounds & he fits & says it's very relaxing.

Using for about a week. Overall I like it. Easy to put together by myself. I’m on the thick side and I am able to sit criss cross comfortably. I’m 5’2 and my feet do not touch the floor even on the lowest setting. I had to buy a foot rest to put under my desk to make it more comfortable. The wheels glide nice, but on tile a little too nice haha. I sit down and I’m 3 feet away from the desk. The fact that my feet done touch doesn’t help, if you are taller might not be as much of an issue. I might add a rug. I wish the armrests were adjustable but not a dealbreaker. The white is going to get dirty (especially on the foot rest) but material appears easy to clean.
